Welcome to fui9, Bangladesh's dedicated online cricket betting and casino platform, accessible at fui9.io. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and fui9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of any service, product, game, or feature made available through fui9.io or any associated mobile-optimised interface.

By completing the registration process, accessing your fui9 account, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, or otherwise using any part of the fui9 platform, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand each provision, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first interact with any fui9 service.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the fui9 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule or promotion rule, the more specific document shall prevail with respect to that specific activity only.

fui9 operates as an online entertainment platform providing sports betting and casino gaming services to eligible players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

To register and maintain an active fui9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. fui9 strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. We enforce this requirement through identity verification procedures and reserve the right to request documentation proving your age at any time.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing fui9 from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming activities of this nature are not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or previously suspended fui9 account. Each individual is entitled to register one account only.
• Personal Use: You are registering the account for your own personal entertainment use only. You must not register on behalf of, or subsequently operate the account for, any third party.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You must notify fui9 promptly of any changes to your registered details.

fui9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and without incurring any liability to the applicant. Where fui9 later discovers that a registered player did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration, fui9 may suspend or permanently close the account and deal with any account balance in accordance with applicable procedures.

Your fui9 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, including all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

You must keep your username, password, OTP codes, and any other authentication credentials strictly confidential. fui9 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify fui9 immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.

fui9 implements OTP two-factor authentication to protect account access. You are responsible for maintaining access to the mobile number registered to your account and for updating this information if your number changes. Loss of access to your registered mobile number may temporarily restrict your ability to log in until identity verification is completed.

• You must notify fui9 promptly of any change to your name, address, mobile number, or payment method details.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no bet, no deposit) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account procedures, including any applicable inactivity processing, will be communicated to you in advance.
• fui9 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on any account at any time. Failure to cooperate with such checks may result in account restriction until the checks are completed satisfactorily.

You may request the closure of your fui9 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course. Where account closure is requested as part of a self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy, additional conditions apply as set out in Section 7.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your fui9 account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fui9 supports the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh and current processing arrangements.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your fui9 account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment processor. For mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad, credits typically appear within seconds of the transfer being confirmed. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the payment section of your account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. fui9 reserves the right to request additional identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Estimated processing times are provided within the platform and vary by payment method.

• You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• fui9 does not charge deposit fees, but your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges independently of fui9.
• Withdrawals may only be made from cleared, verified account balances. Funds derived from active bonuses subject to wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until the wagering conditions have been fully met.
• fui9 may, at its sole discretion, limit, delay, or decline withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification, anti-fraud checks, or investigation of suspected Terms violations.

All bets placed on fui9 are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game or betting market before participating. Ignorance of game-specific rules does not constitute grounds for the cancellation or amendment of a settled bet.

Sports Betting: fui9 offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and denominated in BDT. fui9 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds in response to events including but not limited to: match abandonment, result disputes, obvious pricing errors, or evidence of match manipulation.

Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted at fui9's sole discretion. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, there may be a brief delay between market availability and bet acceptance. Bets submitted during a market suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.

Casino Games: All casino games available on fui9 — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems where applicable. Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and are subject to those providers' own game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final and binding unless fui9 determines that a technical error, obvious pricing mistake, or data feed failure affected the transaction.
• fui9 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on specific markets, events, or accounts at its discretion without prior notice.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement. The timing of settlement depends on the event outcome and the relevant sport's governing rules.

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to verified fui9 account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. All content on the fui9 platform — including but not limited to the fui9 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, written content, software, game interfaces, data feeds, odds presentations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fui9 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fui9 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any fui9 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any fui9 software or content.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the fui9 platform for any commercial purpose.
• Use the fui9 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by fui9. Any unauthorised use of fui9 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fui9 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from technical failures, data feed errors, or force majeure events beyond fui9's reasonable control.
• Interruptions to platform availability including scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or third-party service disruptions affecting payment processors or game providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any nature, however caused.

Where fui9 is found to be liable to you, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your fui9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fui9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at fui9.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

The personal data you provide to fui9 — including your name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details — is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and, where you have consented, to send you promotional communications. fui9 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.

fui9 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of operating the platform (such as payment processors and game providers) and with competent authorities where legally required. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and any pending real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which fui9 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or any transaction on the fui9 platform shall first be referred to the fui9 customer support team in writing at [email protected] for informal resolution.

fui9 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to pursue mediation in good faith before commencing any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory law. Where a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
